Each service package clearly outlines what’s included – from fertilizer applications to weed control treatments and our service calls are free. We provide detailed estimates upfront with no surprise charges. The only additional costs would be if you request extra services beyond your original agreement.
3. Is it safe for my children and pets to play on the lawn after treatment?
Each state has their own guidelines for commercial lawncare companies. Both Massachusetts and Rhode Island have specific sign posting requirements after a commercial lawncare company provides a service. Each application may have different guidelines, some you can enter immediately following an application, and some you will want to water in the application and let dry before entering. You will receive post service notices after each application.
4. How quickly will I see results, and what if my lawn doesn't improve?
Most customers notice greener, healthier grass within 2-4 weeks of our first application. However, building truly healthy soil and thick turf takes a full season. We track your lawn’s progress and adjust our approach as needed. If you’re not satisfied with results after following our complete program, we’ll work with you to address any issues or provide additional treatments at no additional cost. 5. Do you service my specific area, and how often will you come?
We proudly serve homeowners throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Northern Rhode Island. Our service frequency depends on your specific program – typically ranging from 4-5 regularly scheduled visits per season for our fertilization program. We’ll provide you with a detailed schedule upfront so you know exactly when to expect us, or you can utilize our Customer Portal that allows you to manage your account from home.
6. What happens if you miss a scheduled visit or the weather doesn't cooperate?
Life happens, and so does weather. If we need to reschedule due to rain or other conditions, we’ll automatically reschedule to arrange for the next available time. Our treatments are weather-dependent for optimal results, so we’d rather wait for ideal conditions than compromise the effectiveness of your service.
7. Can you fix problem areas like bare spots, weeds, or insect issues?
Yes, our comprehensive approach addresses these common lawn problems. Our core aeration and seeding service tackles bare spots, our fertilization program includes targeted weed control, and we offer specialized treatments for grubs, mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other insects. We’ll assess your specific issues during our initial visit and recommend the appropriate combination of services.

You don’t need to be home during most treatments. Our licensed technicians will handle everything and leave a detailed service report explaining what was applied and any recommendations for your lawn care.
